Procedure

Mix phase A in order, allow uniformity and heat to 75-80°C. In a separate vessel, add phase B in order listed and heat to 75-80°C. Add phase C to phase B and mix until uniform. Once phase BC and phase A are at temperature, add BC to A with moderate aggressive mixing for 1 to 5 minutes maintaining heat. Switch to homogenizing at max 3000 rpm and maintain heat. Solution will become white to yellow. Discontinue heat and switch back to prop mixing to cool to 45°C. Add phase D and E to ABC and cool to 35°C.
